How do I change or cancel my order?

We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. If you're on a shave plan, you can change the timing of your shipments on your "Profile page":/profile/shave_plans. For other orders, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Experience team and we'll do our best to get you taken care of.
