Will I be able to restart my Shave Plan in the future?

Definitely! You can always start another shave plan down the line. 

It’s worth mentioning, though, that if you’re canceling your current plan because you’re overstocked with blades at the moment, adjusting your shipping interval (on the previous screen) is a great alternative. You’re always in full control of the timing and contents of your shave plan orders, so feel free to make the changes that make the most sense for you!
